Our Story
More than a vacation. This is a journey with soul.
Hello there!I’m Alyah - and this is my dream come true!
Welcome to the Soulful Retreat family! I’m so glad you found us.
I’m Alyah, creator and host of Soulful Retreats — unique travel experiences for wild-hearted women who want to spend their free time intentionally, meaningfully, and fully. These are women who don’t just want a vacation; they want an experience that nourishes the soul, sparks curiosity, and leaves them feeling alive.
I’ve always believed that travel is medicine. Seeing new places, learning about other cultures, and stepping outside your everyday life isn’t just fun — it can be transformative. When you experience the world, you gain perspective, empathy, and a deeper understanding of yourself. That’s the heart of a Soulful Retreat: exploring the world to explore your own inner landscape.
Before Soulful Retreats, I spent 15 years in corporate and advertising — working hard, achieving a lot, and ultimately burning out. I know what it’s like to feel unfulfilled, even when you “have it all.” Creating these retreats is my way of living fully aligned with my passion, helping women like you reconnect with what truly matters, and reminding you that life is meant to be experienced with curiosity, courage, and joy.
At Soulful Retreats, we don’t retreat to disconnect from life — we retreat to connect: to ourselves, to our spirit, to nature, to new cultures, and to other incredible women who are on their own journeys of growth and self-discovery. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to blend mindfulness, creativity, adventure, ritual, and sisterhood — giving you space to pause, reflect, and remember who you really are.
Whether you are deeply spiritual or simply curious, these experiences invite you to step into something bigger than yourself. To explore ritual, reflection, and connection in ways that feel natural, supportive, and uplifting.
This is your invitation to slow down, expand your comfort zone, and experience travel, ritual, and sisterhood as medicine for your mind, body, and soul.
I hope you join us.
With so much love,
Alyah
